Natural Sciences

In our Natural Science course, we fill focus on how science works in the world around us. We will be cooking together, observing the natural world, and understanding plant life cycles. We will start seeds, plant them, help them grow, learn how to harvest and prepare these plants for consumption!

Our plant/animal topics will include: seed starting, plant life cycles, plant diseases, pests, animals, wild flowers, cutting flowers, hatching chickens, quail life cycle, care of quails, herb growing and cooking.

Cooking class will include: food safety, knife skills (age appropriate), clean up, making soap, cooking techniques, heat sources, measuring, weighing, following recipes, composting, recycle, reuse and repurposing.

My goal is to show students how to plant dreams, grow miracles! I want to help them develop self-confidence, self control and a connection to nature.
